In sex therapy and trauma counseling, we explore how your experiences have shaped your relationship with your body, emotions, and sense of identity. Together, we work to rebuild safety, release shame, and restore the capacity for pleasure and closeness — all at a pace that feels right for you.

About Helena


I believe sexuality and emotional health are deeply connected to who we are and how we relate to others. Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and accepted just as they are. As a Registered Nurse, a wife, and a mom of three teenagers, I understand how life’s changes, relationships, and responsibilities can shape our sense of self. In our sessions, healing isn’t about “fixing” you, but about gently reconnecting with the wholeness that’s always been within you i am passionate about healing past sexual trauma and counsel individuals to there full potential to be free and live a life as it was always ment to be. 


My mission is to offer a space where healing feels gentle, human, and deeply personal. I’m here to walk beside you whether you’re healing from trauma, rebuilding intimacy, or learning to feel at home in your body again. You don’t have to face that journey alone.

In each 45-minute in person or online  session, you’re invited to reflect, process, and be truly heard without judgment.
Together, we gently work through emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, burnout, or disconnection, my goal is to help you rediscover peace, confidence, and clarity one step at a time.

In 45-minute sessions, offered in person or online, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore desire, pleasure, communication, and emotional barriers such as fear or guilt. My approach is gentle and trauma-informed, helping you rebuild confidence, reconnect with your body, and experience intimacy free from shame.
